Auditors
The task of the external auditor is to examine BioGaia’s annual accounts and accounting practices, as well as to review the Board and the CEO’s management of the company.
A further description of the external auditor responsibilities for the audit of the annual accounts and consolidated accounts is located at the Swedish Inspectorate of Auditors website.
Financial statements are prepared in accordance with law and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB).
At the 2023 AGM, the auditing company Deloitte AB was re-elected as auditor until the close of the 2024 AGM. Jenny Holmgren is the auditor in charge.
Board of directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for the company’s organization and the administration of the company’s affairs.
Nominating committee
The task of the Nominating Committee is to prepare recommendations regarding election and remuneration for decision by the AGM.
Executive management
The Executive Management is headed by the CEO and is responsible for planning, supervising and monitoring the company’s day-to-day operations.
